Delivery available to EUROPE and UK ONLY.

PRICING & PAYMENT
The prices shown are valid for all shipping destinations in the UK & EUROPE ONLY.  


All prices are in pounds sterling but our shopping cart will calculate prices in Euros’ and payment can be made in this currency if you wish. Orders may be placed using the automated shopping basket or by fax, email or ordinary post.

We can ONLY accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch cards via our PAYPAL  account.

ALL TRANSACTIONS WILL APPEAR ON YOUR STATEMENT AS PAYPAL- not MEADOWVIEW

ON PLACEMENT OF YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE DIRECTED TO PAYPAL  TO SUBMIT YOUR CARD DETAILS.THIS IS USUALLY A SMOOTH PROCESS BUT ON RARE OCCASSIONS AND FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL THIS PROCESS GOES WRONG. IF SO, DO NOT WORRY YOUR CARD WILL NOT BE DEBITED EVEN IF YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED.

PLEASE EMAIL DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES MAKING PAYMENT AND WE WILL TRY TO RECTIFIY IMMEDIATELY.

If for any reason PAYPAL fails to work we are more than happy to receive payment by cheque. Payable to T L GLAZIER

At present we are unable to accept Eurocheques or sterling personal cheques drawn on a non-UK bank. Cheques are banked promptly on receipt and goods are dispatched after clearance. Receipt of orders via the SHOPPING CART will be acknowledged immediately by email to the address given.

Orders are processed as received. If in the unfortunate event that stocks are exhausted, we will inform you and offer substitutes to the nearest variety or refund by request.


SHIPPING
At certain times of the year it might be impractical or unwise to ship plants. If this occurs we will inform immediately.

Orders are normally dispatched by first class post for next day delivery to ensure that the root stocks stay fresh. In the unlikely event that the goods are lost or damaged in transit WE WILL REPLACE but require notice within 14 days of dispatch as claims outside of this time will not be considered.

Carriage charges are for shipment to EUROPEAN UNION and UK addresses ONLY. Customs regulations and the need for expensive phytosanitary documentation prohibit us from sending elsewhere.

WARRANTY

All plants supplied by us are sold as seen and to the best of our knowledge will be true to type. If for any reason the plants do not come true to form we will consider replacement.

FOR POSTAGE.

SELECT BY PLANT TYPE (ie) for Iris orders select irises.For mixed orders (ie) peonies and irises; please select the peony postage option.

PAYMENT

We must receive payment in full before any goods can be dispatched.

OUT of STOCK items.

If any item is found to be out of stock at time of ordering we will offer a substitute of equal or better quality and will email you to offer alternatives.
