Very often used as a cutflower, the flowers are a very full double, soft pink with inner petals that are a slightly deeper shade of pink. This is without  doubt one of the best known peonies. Due to the size of the flowers some support is often needed.

The flowers are a strong semi-double bowl shape that are positively HUGE . The colour of the  flowers is coral pink with dark yellow stamens and bright pink tipped carpels. This is a VERY popular  paeony because of the distinctive flower colour.Flowers open as a rich coral-peach and then fade to a softer shade of coral all the way to a creamy yellow before falling. Mature well grown specimens display all this diverse beauty on one plant.A  very vigorous, tall growing peony which was awarded the APS Gold Medal in 1986.

This is a superb and compact  cultivar and strong growing. The flowers of this Japanese type paeony are a well rounded dark pink with a center of yellow suffused stamens with red center highlights.Stems are strong and erect.

Celebrity is a very showy variety with the added bonus of flowers that are very fragrant. The flowers are a double ‘bomb’ shape with a unique white collar. Flower production is good with this peony and it’s a strong grower. The flower shape, colour and size are unique amongst peonies.

Flowering time is early June and to a height of about 90cm

This is a truly spectacular, double black-red peony with some of the very most fragrant of flowers. The blooms are good cutting with an excellent vase life. As a cultivar that is more than 150 years old it deserves to be rediscovered due to its magnificent coloured blooms and strong fragrance.Flowering time is mid-late June and to a height of about 100cm

Initially, flowers will open champagne coloured but will gradually fade to white as the flower opens more. This cultivar produces a flower on most stems which are beautiful and strong.

This a Japanese cultivar with  white heavy petals surrounding  a small centre of deep yellow.An excellent garden plant and normal grower this plant will produce thick strong erect stems with a good bushy habit.

A strong and healthy growing double red flowering variety Red Sarah Bernhardt, will offer many large flowers against a dark green foliage.

This peony exhibits very large and fragrant flowers on strong stems that are held above dark green leathery foliage.

This is one of the least expensive and one of the best red double peonies available. Each plant will produce lots of flowers that are of a semi-rose type form that are large with notched petal tips. Due to the size of the blooms these  may need staking
